The screen is fitted on the frame, sealed and tested for touch response, brightness, True Tone and Face ID before you pay. If your model needs a part we do not hold, we tell you the wait and the quote before ordering anything.

No. A screen replacement does not touch your storage, so photos, messages and apps stay exactly as they are. Bring the phone unlocked if you can, so we can run the full touch and Face ID tests before you leave.
On iPhones the glass and display are bonded, so we replace the assembly. That is what keeps brightness, color and touch accuracy the same as the original.
Every screen replacement carries our 30-day warranty on the part and the labor. If the display misbehaves in that window, bring it back and we put it right at no charge.
