We work on Windows laptops, Chromebooks and gaming laptops, and we keep common screens, keyboards and batteries in stock so a same-day turnaround is realistic rather than optimistic. Where a machine is slow rather than broken, the fix is usually a solid-state drive and more memory instead of a new laptop, which is the better value for most people. Anything that needs a part we do not hold gets a quote and a wait before we order it.
